Picture in your mind whatever it is you’re worrying about.
Next, take a deep breath, inhaling slowly.
Pause.
As you slowly exhale, imagine that a squeegee is erasing your stress, anxiety or worries. As you slowly pull the squeegee down, it wipes away your concern, and clears out your mind.
Inhale again slowly.
Pause.
Exhale slowly. Use the squeegee again, and your worry is gone.
Most of the things that we worry and stress about we make worse by ruminating. Try out the squeegee!
